Ian has been in the motor trade for the last 40 years. He started his apprenticeship at Gilberns in Llantwit Fardre back in 1970. Ian is a perfectionist and only the best will do! Ian’s long time hobby has been rally driving, having been very successful in the past. Please see our rally pages for more pictures etc.
Malcolm started work with us back in 1987 as an apprentice and is still with us now. Malcolm is skilled in all aspects of bodywork but specialises in panel beating. Malcolm’s spare time is also filled with rally cars and he competes as much as he can. Again, please see our rally pages for pictures, events etc.
Sharon joined us back in 1999, when we moved in to our new premises, having previously worked for South Wales Police and the local council. She is the niece of the proprietor Ian Caddy. Sharon looks after all things “Office” I.e. estimates, invoicing, appointments, accounts etc. She is also the Authorised Examiner Designate of the MOT bay. Sharon’s spare time is filled with her 3 horses, not rally cars!
David (Dai) joined us in September 2013 having previously worked for a local Ford Dealership since leaving school. He is proving to be a valuable asset to the company. Dai carries out Class 4 MOT's, vehicle servicing and mechanical repairs to all makes and models. Dai specialises in all things Ford. His spare time is spent following motorsport and spending time with his family.
Joseph (Joe) joined us in April 2012 as an Apprentice Mechanic. Joe has come on in leaps and bounds and is proving to be extremely popular with customers due to his friendly manner and customer service. Joe's spare time is taken up with restoring his Vauxhall Nova and following motorsport. Joe is the nephew of the proprietor Ian Caddy.
